Cannot set recording rate to more than 96kbps
I thought this was driver-related.
Looking at the settings on my ifp-899, I cannot set the recording rate to more than 96kbps. There is some space to the right of the slider but if I try to move it right, it goes back to the start! Anyone able to advice me if there is any way to sort this out??? I am running UMS 1.28 firmware. |

From what i understand...when you run the ums firmware, you cannot record anything (radio, line-in, or voice) at over 96kbs. This was something that really concerned me about the iriver products. I tried e-mailing them to see if there was any firmware scheduled fixes in the future but they haven't responded as of yet.
