ums firmware future?
Does anyone know if there are any plans to fix the limited recording level bitrate (96kbps) for the ums firmare upgrade? I was considering purchasing one of the flash players, partly because i had read that the sound quality on the line-in and voice recordings are excellent. I would definately be using the ums upgrade...however... it seems strange to me that iriver would limit the bitrate...wondering if anyone has any inside info on the future in this area?
