I don't really know the flash players, but isn't it just a matter of going to the device in My Computer?
Edit: d'oh

The default firmware on the iFP-series players is "managed" - it uses special "manager" software instead of acting as a USB disk. It also prevents transferring files with names like "*.mp3", "*.ogg", etc. from the player to a computer.
However, renaming the files on the player works around it. The other solution is to switch to the "UMS" firmware to make the player USB storage compatible, and lose this silly restriction (it has a few drawbacks, though). Supposedly, iRiver's official manager software has disabled renaming of files (I haven't confirmed this since I use different software on Unix). |

Of course, nobody says you have to use their manager software (even if you don't use the UMS firmware because of its own problems). |
