HELP!! iFP-795 not working

I had a perfectly good unit until I downloaded and installed the latest firmware and realized later that it was Korean. Now, I'm trying to go back to the old firmware and the Music Manager will not recognize the mp3 player. I've gone into the device manager and installed the drivers needed, but still nothing. Always showing a Disconnect status. Please help!!

You should be able to select English even with Korean firmware. Look at your manual to see how to go from the main menu screen to get to the page to select English.

Was the Korean firmware a ums firmware? If so Manager will not recognize it because Manager doesn't work with UMS.
