895 freezing on startup
I have had my 895 a couple of weeks and have enjoyed it greatly but yesterday I uploaded some mp3s and now the player freezes on the opening logo and does nothing. Consequently, I can't connect to the pc thru usb because of the freeze so there's no way to format.
Please help! Thanks. -Chris

Does this model have a reset hole, if so I suggest using it. If not take the battery out and leave it out for a night (about 12hrs) and try again. If that does not work RMA it, as I can think of little else to do.
