Compuvest 60gb H340 Replacement

After going to a wedding last weekend and taking my H340 on the trip due to it's superior battery life (upgraded to 2200mAH) over my clix2. This wasn't the best idea though.

The battery actually ended up playing up so I decided that I need to open up the player and reconnect the battery. After the battery played up I was transferring some TV shows off the player when I got caught on the lead and the '340 land flat on its back from about a 1.2m (4ft~) height and it's playing up to the max.

I haven't opened up the player yet but I figure why not get a new HD, if it's not just a connection problem.
Now, to the thread title: I've found a 60gb HD (MK6006GAH) for a US$141 shipped to Aus (Ext. Warranty $10).

But, is the place that I've found legit? Compuvest Corp.

Any advice would again be appreciated.

The online reviews would be enough to put me off from shopping there:
CompuVest Customer Ratings, Reviews and Prices at ResellerRatings
CompuVest Online Store Reviews. Buying guides & consumer product reviews at Epinions.com

Even worse is the following page which was the 7th result in a simple google search for "Compuvest":
Attorney General McKenna Announces Settlement with CompuVest

Doesn't look good for them!
