Video Out for h320/h340?

ok heres the deal, just got a nice used h320 to give a shot, i am also a sansa user and saw that there was a mod to connect the sansa view to a monitor so you could show movies and such straight from the player. now is such a mod for the iRiver hxxX series? could it be possible? sure would make ripping dvd and such less painfull. i know so little about the player so im a newB here, any how am looking foward to cool tunes from a neat little machine.

video out for hxxx?

Not possible - at least not without heavy hardware & software modification. The H300 series doesn't ouput the video anywhere except to its screen via a ribbon cable. To get video out you'd have to hack together a second hardware video out, if that's even possible. Assuming you manage to do that, you'd probably have to also write some code for Rockbox to be able to use the video out and make the signal usable.

So, if it's possible at all, it's extremely unlikely.
