iGo tip for H110/H120/H140

iGo makes universal power adapters so you can bring one charger for all your various portable devices (PSP, phone, camera, etc.), but they don't currently support iRiver products. Has anybody discovered a tip that works for the H1XX series of MP3 players? It looks like a lot of people have fried their players using cell phone chargers with similar sized plugs and similar voltage requirements, but reversed polarity. Has anybody had success with charging their H1XX with their cell phone charger, and if so, what model? Perhaps that model's iGo power tip will work for the H1XX as well.

if a power adapter is what your looking for. Go here and check out the "versa charger" and the "minisync". Otherwise you can always just get the "wall charger" instead of the "versa charger" if you don't plan to charge your player up in a car. I hope this helps.

You just need anytihng that charges with the correct polarity with 5V 2A. Make sure it is what it is, otherwise the player will go awol and die on you.

Yeah, I've looked at that before, but it unfortunately wouldn't be useful for charging my PSP, iPaq, digital camera, etc. If somebody knew of a cell phone charger that worked for their H1XX, I'd go out on a limb and try the appropriate iGo tip for that cell phone on my H110.

Regards,
Matt

For a true universal portable power charger, you might go to http://www.bigwavepower.com and check out our Titan I universal portable power charger. It will charge any device 9v and below. It is guaranteed for 2 years and that includes the LiIon batt with a new power management chip integrated in the battery.
