Question H320 music organization

I'm looking at a couple different players to replace my demonic ipod, which i hated passionately. I have a couple of questions about the H320.

First: how easy is it to arrange files on the player? What do most of you use to transfer music onto it? just the drag and drop, or WMP 10?
Second: in the video under reviews, when the person looked at i think it was david mathews band, it showed tracks instead of titles. Is the title shown or just the track numbers?
Third: This is my biggest concern. Is there a shuffle in which all the mp3s are played? Does this reset everytime you press it? (EX: does it go 1, 2, 3, and then when you shuffle the next time does it go in a different order, or does it go 1, 2, ... again???) How difficult is getting to individual songs? Can you play whole artists at the same time??? And would someone be kind enough to do an outline type thing of how the music menu is.
Something like

I.Music
A. Artists
i. artists listed
B. Playlists
i. (what kind of playlists are there? is there preset, like 90's music?)
C. Albums

Any help would be awesome!! (sorry im kinda doing a bunch of research, and im kinda new, but i couldnt find these answers anywhere. And sorry if my questions dont make any sense at all, if you get lost, ask me to explain it better.) THANKS!!!!!!!

Skip the rest, stick with the best.

1st. Just as easy as it is to transfer files from one hard drive to the other. Personally, I eschew the device synching in favor of using the device as an actual hard drive. Drag and drop, baby, all the way.
2nd. I don't know which video you refer to, but I would suppose it's a matter of setting the ID3 tags on your mp3s. I am rather meticulous about my tags so, on my display it shows "FOLDER_NAME->ARTIST->TITLE.mp3" where FOLDER_NAME is generally the name of the album (but it might come from the ID3 tag, I'm not sure). If you don't have your ID3's set (and I suspect you do, actually), then there are a good number of programs on this forum to help you out with that.
3rd. Yes. Yes. Not very (depends on your organizational/ file directory setup. Your results may vary ). Yes. It's like browsing the filesystem (again, easy if you set it up right).

If you can't live without iPod-like music-organizing functions, I suggest you to stay with iPod or wait for upcoming H10(5GB) or H20(20GB and more).

File Tree System is very convenient if you arranged your mp3 files by folders.
For example, arrange linkin park albums by folders, so every albums has its own folders, and then those folders can be subfolders of Linkin Park folder. It works just like your window folder system.

BTW H300 and H100 both support iPod-like music organizing functions, but you need to use manager which is called irivirium. If you don't use it, your player will be very slow and will lack a lot of functions that other players have. However irivirium is not free.
