new battery for h10 20gb
It looks like the time is coming soon when my H10 20gb needs a new battery. The only source that I could locate was Ipods 99:

Super Extended Life Battery for The iRiver H110

I paid something like 21$ including postage for a new battery (Cameron Sino) for my H340 from an Ebay seller, shipped from Hong Kong to Switzerland. Now Ipods 99 want 55 $ for the H10 battery, 29.95 for the battery and 25 $ (!) for shipping it to Switzerland which I think is a complete rip-off!

Does anybody know of a cheaper source? I've tried searching on Ebay a couple of times, but to no avail.

I was looking at the picture of the battery on the link you provided & did an "Ask.com" search & found this:

High Capacity Battery For: iRiver H10 BP009 Li-ion 850mAh - iRiver H10

Looks like a pretty sweet deal!!! The H340 batteries (although not the HIGH capacity) are really cheap as well!

DO NOT ORDER - This is for the 5/6Gb model - NOT the 20Gb! The picture on the ipods99 site looks like it's the same battery as the H120 / H340 units... can someone confirm this???

UPDATE: The battery for the H100/H300 series is the same as the H10-20Gb - I just finished putting one in & it's working great, will update on length of charge once I figure that out...

For what it's worth, I've now changed batteries in an H100, H300 & H10. The H100 was by far the easiest, followed by the H10 with the H300 coming in a distant third (it was fairly nerve wracking for me).
