GRRR. Such good CS - Not
Sent my h10 6gb back on an rma (had to pay for that one myself) and the bloody thing's come back in worse condition that when it started !!!!
Sent it off because it was getting hot and wouldn't hold a charge at all. Three weeks later it's come back to me and won't turn on at all !!! It appears to be charging ok-the light on the charger showed on both of the batteries that I have and then went out when charged, but nothing I do will start it. GGRRRRR

Why should I now pay more money for it to go back again ??? i'm so angry about this - ipod here I come....

Did you give the battery a long enough time to charge? It could be the battery is in a deep state that needs a much longer time to use.

Other than that, I can't blame you for being annoyed. This should have been thouraghly tested before it was sent back to you.
