My H10 20gb doesn't like me anymore...

I've been having some serious issues with my h10 the past few days.

First, I plugged it in to the computer to update my music, and the device was not recognized. Okay, no problem. Did the emergency connection, and synchronized my music with Real Player. I turned on the iRiver and none of my music showed up. I refreshed the database. Didn't help. So I formatted the disk, put the system back on there and tried to use the firmware updater. Now, it's hanging at the "system initializing" screen, and it's been on for about 20 hours. This can't be right. Any suggestions? please?

i've been having the same on my 20gb. At the point of giving up.. Can't manually install original firmware following a HD failure on my main PC. Updater won't work - system initializing seems to be a permanent fixture on my player...NICE. Been pissed off for months. Sorry, im not helping with a gripe...
