URG!!! Looking for System Files Missing 20gb Thread

So I found a thread. That goes into how to format an H10 20gb, through My Comp/Admin Tools / Format - after which there was a direct link to a download (not quite sure what of). I can't find it. Maybe you've come across it? Search hasn't helped me much...
