Angry Is my H10 DEAD? I NEED HELP

My H10 5/6BG is on the fritz. When I connect my player it say unrecognised device or something to that effect. No matter what i do i can 't this to be recognised. Then I got the system files missing error so ican 't use the ums trick because my cpu doesn't detect my player. I tried before posted measures and nothin works. I even did the thing with the different cpus.

have you tried using the CD that came with the player? install that on your Computer and try it again, This time running through the CD itself
