Are H10 and H140 AC adaptors compatible?
Hi,
I recently bought an iRiver H10 6GB on ebay. For sale was only the player itself plus the USB cable which also has this socket for the AC adaptor/charger. I also own an h140. From the manual of both devices it says that the adaptor should be DC 5.0V, 2.0A. Now my question: Are these adaptors compatible, i.e. can I use the one from the H140 for charging the H10 without doing any damage? Cheers johnb |

John - I have quite happily used the AC adapter from my H120 to charge/power each of the three H10 5G's that I have - no problems at all. I have a UK H120 adapter and an Australian/New Zealand H10 adapter and the model numbers are identical - SW10-S050-10.
So, you should be fine to use the H140 adapter with your H10 as they have the same connector plug. |
