expired liscenses
i just got an H10 refurb since my last H10 got stolen. i never had a problem with protected music on my old H10 but with this one it refuses to play and gives me the expired liscense error message. i tried playing them once fully before trying to put it on again, and the clock is correct. any other ways around this problem? any help is greatly appreciated.

i tried that with one CD. it screwed up the alphabetical order of all the artists. i synched funkadelic's uncle jam. and instead of coming up on the artist menu as "funkadelic" it came up as "he Week.wma", which is the first track of the album. when i click on that there is nothing there. what else can be done?

What are you using to synch the music? Did you update the firmware after receiving the new player? If not, run the firmware update in upgrade mode. If you did update the firmware you might just have to run the update anyway in recovery mode to reformat the player and start over. Also, if you are using a subscription service you might need to acquire the song licenses again since reformatting makes the software think you are trying to synch to a new device.
