How do I get XP to recognize my player?!
Grrr. It's making me mad. Looking thru these threads didn't help much either. I attached the iRiver H10 20GB to my computer but the thingy just pops up and says I need a driver. So basically it doesn't recognize my iRiver. Before I went on a different computer, and I could just connect it and I would see it in "Removable Hardware" under My Computer. But now, I don't see anything. When I open my WMP10, it still isn't recognized. What the hell do I do?

OMG. grr. I did look in there, and I don't know what the hell to do.
![]() Before, I'd just be able to connect it, and I'd see it right away in My Computer, and now even WMP10 says it's not there. Last edited by dysFUNKtional : March 26th, 2007 at 01:33 PM. |

Uninstall all of your USB controllers and reboot with the iRiver unplugged.
After a few minutes it should reinstall all of your USB drivers including prefs. Plug your iRiver back in. This might help. |
