Scrollbar acts crazy...

Hi guys,
I have an issue lately with my scrollbar on my H-20. Sometimes it works perfectly well, sometimes it jumps up and down, usually down to <zero>, making it impossible to fix a volume or scroll properly.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
