Any alternative to Windows Media Player?
Well, I finally got my H10 to work with WMP, and now I don't particually see why I'd want to use it. Easy H10 is alright, but I was wondering if there were any other Media Player's that truly support H10? Winamp, Media Monkey? And if so which is the best to use?

I believe Winamp works with the H10.

Pretty much any music player will work. Several people use WinAmp, but Musicmatch, Media Monkey, and I think you might even get iTunes (gasp) to work.

Winamp is supposed to work with all playsforsure devices. I've tried winamp 5.22, but for some reason it would figure my h 20 mtp was a disk drive... I've switched back to 5.21 which sometimes recognizes my player, sometimes not, and if it does it always takes a long time to do so. However, transfers work really fast then. I really like winamp and if somebody got make it work with a h 20 without problems, I'd be grateful for some tips.

If you get the latest version of Winamp then it should come with Play for Sure installed already. Go to Options -> Preferences -> Portables and it should be listed there with iTunes etc.

5.21 is playsforsure, it just doesn't work all the time. 5.22 is also playsforsure but it never recognizes my h20.

Media monkey relies on having the drivers for your DAP. This means that you will need to use the porting kit to get your device installed before you can use it. (Do a search if you aren't sure what I'm talking about - also if you don't know how to modify an inf I have one posted for all(?) the iriver and creative device in my device enumeration thread. This second part will make more sense when you find the info about the porting kit.).

Just downloaded winamp 5.23 - same problem: winamp tells me its loading my iriver h10 20 gb - when it's finished it figures my iriver is a cd drive...
