I need gapless because I listen to albums as a whole and many of them have tracks that run into each other and gaps ruin it.

I can deal with it by blending tracks (or rather appending is a better word) on my PC, just I have to do that by hand at the moment and you do lose the ability to skip between tracks then (though as I say I listen to albums as a whole so it's not really an issue). Anyway, I'll look into writing a script or app to do it just to make my life easier. Maybe something that lets you select what to transfer to the iRiver, blend tracks in an album if necessary and then I could get it to call EasyH10 at the end too

Not a bad idea. If you listen to whole albums at a time, why not just turn opff shuffle and use the albums section? It lets you play the whole album as if you were just using the CD and depending on how you ripped it, it should have all the song info there.

One thing i wouldn't mind (That'd at least get my m:robe toting cousin off my back) is lyrics from the Now Playing Screen, so you say press O and choose "Lyrics" and you can read the lyrics, which can be saved in an ID3 tag anyway.

That could be coming VERY soon! The guys over at the Modding and Hacking thread have managed to crack the .mi4 file and are now in the process of finding images, and we could be able to change themes very soon if we can get the player to recognise the modded files.

Yeah, that's what I do. I never use shuffle or even the playlists. I rip my CDs so they are ripped to individual album name folders under artist folders, and each track is named numerically so the iRiver just plays them in name order (01, 02, 03, etc).

Well, credit to cracking the mi4 goes to some of the Rockbox team who have been looking at this topic for some time, and MrH who wrote the mi4 decoder. We can, however take credit for finding the images (quite a few of the bookmarks being mine ) !

I'd like to actually to have been able to have ordered a remote instead of seeing "Backorder" everytime I went to the website to try to order one! (Note: Now they're not going to even sell remotes anymore for the H10 was the last word I had when I sent an email after I noticed they no longer had the remotes on their website)!!!

It can show pictures so why not showing album art on the now playing screen like it does in wmp. That would be nice.

-Fix all the previous bugs
- Try to meet the 12 hour battery expectations.
- Better photoviewing options.
-Playlists not taking a year to load
-Not freezing so often.
-Make my player recognizable to WMP! I'm satisfied with EasyH10, but sometimes it just takes too long.

- Make accessories such as the "line in" cradle and charger/sync cable available for purchase
- Make the thing actually WORK "out of the box" without resetting, UMS, upgrading firmware, standing on your head and doing a raindance etc etc etc

In UMS mode not having to run EASYH10 every time I add/delete new tracks. Can someone add this in so it does it when you unhook your USB cable automatically?
