Need some help transferring music
The only way I've been able to get "USB connected" to show up is by doing that "reset, hold down O and press on" thing.
But the songs aren't showing up on my iriver. In Windows Media Player it only shows "Text" where, according to the book, it should show "Music, My Recordings and Servic" Any ideas? Thanks.

transferring music
i had a similar problem before i got my H10 to show up in WMP. My songs were all downloaded to the Browser part of the Iriver. Perhaps that is where your music ended up. Do you mean your songs are not showing up on WMP Library after you rip them from your CDs?

use EasyH10 to create a music database. as Corona Girl said, your songs should be in the browser mode

My friend had the same problem with his H20, using the EasyH10 would help.
