Ok, I just got a h10 5gig player and after syncing it to wmp11 it has been sitting on the main screen with the clock turning for about 18 hours now. If I take out the battery and put it back in it continues to do the same thing. I cannot turn it off either. Any ideas?

Take the battery out, and leave it out for at least a few hours. That should at least cause it to stop what ever it's doing.

I would reconnect it in UMS mode and reformat the player. Tried to db refresh through the player and it lasted for a lonnnggg time. That is the easiest way to solve it. I would agree with Devyanks and stay away from WMP11 until it is no longer beta. There are several easier ways to transfer music.
