Help! newbie with h10 problems!

Hi there,

i'm new to this forum and have just purchased an iriver H10 20gb. I am wanting to ultimately use drag and drop to put songs onto the device, however i am aware that there is no way of putting UMS firmware onto the 20gb model. Therefore, I have updated it to mtp (?) v. 2.5.1 and have downloaded easyh10, but when I load easyh10 up and insert my h10, it cannot find it. i have also tried resetting it and then loading it again but it won't load up in 'emergency connection' mode and easyh10 still won't find it!

I don't understand why it fails to load in emergency mode, can anyone help?

If i find some way of making it load up in UMS mode, will i have to use the reset button every time i want to transfer music? is this how the UMS trick works?

If anyone has got the time to give me a quick guide to getting it going, it would be much appreciated! this thing is causing my stress levels to go through the roof!!
