I'm starting to think I-Pod! Just got an H10 20GB back via exchange because of "missing files" message. Got this one back and hangs WMP10 endlessly ... worked once with Rhapsody, but now hangs that too ... Tried reloading firmware, uninstall and reinstall WMP10 ... NOTHING WORKS! Any suggestions before I try returning again? I have an AMD 3200 machine with 1.5G of memory and my IRiver seems to be dead in the water. |

I would stay away from WMP10, I've never had much success with it and was ready to return my H10 for something else when I found out about EasyH10. Do the UMS trick, drag your music, run Easy H10 on update(rebuild if it's just been formatted with no music) and you're good to go.

EasyH10
The UMS Trick : 1. Turn off the player 2. Reset the player 3. Connect the player to the computer 3. Turn on the player WHILE HOLDING 'o'-button, until it says 'emergency connection' or something 4. You're now in the UMS mode. |

Thank you for using them, it is becoming the UMS trick standard explanation! @djteedub: look at my signature........
