Bricked 6gig H10 MPT?

yeah so i stupidly tried to load on a skin thinking it would work just as easily as it does with my H320 but oh boy was i wrong... whats the current treatment for getting these missing system files back onto the player? i have tried a reformat and manual reload of the firmware but to no avail point me in the way of a thread or anything pls?

i would have recommended a reformat and manual reload of the firmware but since you already did that i don't know what to recommend. maybe connecting in UMS mode and trying a defrag

thoes were my last triumphant efforts but did nothing... i had already tried to just reload firmware normally with iriver tools and such but that didnt work so i tried to reformat but still same thing is there a way to empty whatever virtual memory the player has?

Lol, probably not. But then again neither do i. I take it you are connecting your player to your PC in UMS mode. You should be able to format your player if your PC sees it in UMS mode. Then obviously reload the firmware.
