Missing pixel

My H10 bought last November has a pixel out. Has anyone else had this happen or does anyone know what can be done about it.

I dont think anything can be done about it, if a pixel is dead its dead. But if its only one pixel i wouldnt worry about it. The screen is not the best for viewing pictures anyway.

For an LCD screen this is well within manufacturer's specification. No chance of RMA unless several pixels dead and also depends on their location on the screen.

Unfortunately as stated above unless you have a number of them, it is not a warranty issue, and unfortunately there's not much else you can do about it.

i may be wrong, but some dead pixles can be fixed with flashing bright colours, so make a vid or make some jpgs that are really bright. i heard this of a mate with a nintendo ds that had the same problem. hope this is some help

But the H10 doesn't play videos so that isn't an option, plus that was suggested as helping for pixels stuck on a particular colour, not dead pixels.

Probably in a dark room with the backlight on and the screen displaying a white/black screen.
