H10 or H140
My H10 is currently in the RMA process and I am not sure if It will be accepted. In the meantime, I am wondering if I should buy a new and sell the old one if its get fixed. I see on ebay lots of H10's and H140's and I am wondering which would be a better buy. From what I have seen, the H140 is really old. It is not even listed on the iriver site anymore.
Feature wise, which is the better buy? Any help would be greatly appreciated. gkc

Feature wise the H140 kicks most DAPs butt. It doesnt have a colour screen, but as you will know having already owned an H10, its pretty useless. My advice is get an H140 while you can. I went from H10 > H320 > H140. Kinda backwards if going by release dates.

H140 has many features not found on most players like optical in/out

The H1XX doesnt have a color screen?
Are there any software features that the H1XX has that the H10 doesnt? I like the idea of rockbox, but no color screen? I cant get over that, but I dont want to miss out on a better player because of it. How about the PMP series in comparison to these other two models?

How about a H3xx? Its basically a H1xx but with a colour screen (and without the optical connections). You can Rockbox it too. Having said that, an iPod 5g with Rockbox does the same as a H3xx, but with a lovely huge colour screen and much slimmer.

If you are looking for an audio player get the H140. You dont need a colour screen to listen to music, well i dont...
 PMP are totally different. If you are looking for a player to view pictures and films get a PMP. Although the size of PMPs are quite large as you will know. I think nowadays you need to take Rockbox into consideration, as it adds so much more functionality to your player. They are just about ready for releasing it for the iriver although there are builds you can use. The ipod port will be available in November apparently.
