Need more information - What is the purpose of this thread? To find out what everybody else has or to find out if your player is working correctly?

OK. I don't have one but I am pretty sure someone else will respond. In the mean time, if you are using Windows XP, and if you are using a UMS player, or if you do the UMS trick, while your DAP is connected you can open My Computer, right click your corresponding DAP, then choose properties.

Did you check the general tab? The information should be listed there. This is most probably only if you are using UMS.

If you have an MTP player do the UMS trick and then follow what MH said earlier.
I have this player, but not used it in a while. Is there not an option under the settings? You could even consult the manual |

Hi,
You can know the GB space used & available even when you have connected your device to WMP. In the sync up section it shows the total/available space in the bottom left corner. HTH

If using XP op sysytem, plug in and switch on, go to control panel, click on the Portable Media Devices - it should tell you there.
Also I think all H20's are MTP (I think CS confirmed this in an earlier thread) |

This doesn't tell you exactly, but if you go to record something, there's a bar at the bottom that shows how much space you've used.

I don't mean to nitpick, but technically it's out of ~18.6GB, not 20GB

The reason that happens is because when they tell you the size, they count 1 MB = 1,000,000 bytes, when really it's 1,048,576 bytes. That adds up fast.

No, because they give you 1,000,000 instead of 1,048,576, so they're really giving you less space, but it's counted as 20GB
