Newbie Floating Down The Mistic River

problem, help needed

so i upgraded to the newest firmware, v.251 and now when i connect to my computer the h10 isnt' recognized. i put in my usb cord and when i tu rn on the iriver it just goes to homescreen(which shows the music,fm radio, recording, etc icons) and just freezed there, the computer doesn't recognize it at all and the only way i can turn it off is by removing the battery. any help? thanks alot in advance
