Problems with installation
I just got a new H10 20gig and I am having problems installing the software. Everytime it searches my computer (only a few months oldP) for WMP10 it says that my computer has a more recent version and it can't finish the installation Any help would be appreciated! Thnx

that means you have a newer version of the software that is better than what is on the disk that came with the H10, rendering the disk obsolete

the only software that you need is WMP10 (or later), and you dont even have to use that! you can use easyh10, which means you can transfer mp3's through UMS mode and then just update the database with easyh10 which can be found here
