iRiver H10
I know you all probably get tons of these and I know when Im on other forums I hate seeing these if Im a vet but I try to help them out.So here...I just got the iRiver H10 but it had no AC adapter...now I can get by without an AC adapter IF the USB connect will also charg it...because the charging light is on...I dont know if it will charg through my comp or not but I need help...also if I can get another adapter does it have to be specificly for H10...BTW i didnt steal this...it was a display model...

If you have the USB cord it will charge when you connect to a PC. You should also have no trouble finding a suitable generic charger that will fit in to the connector on the USB cord. Just make sure the voltages match, we dont want you to fry your player .

I have the same issue-I lost the USB adapter and charger for my H10. I can't seem to find a replacement on the web anywhere. Does anyone know of a retailer in the US or Canada that supplies replacement parts?

welcome to mistic river omniskills! you can charge via USB, but it takes about 2.5hours while through the ac adapter it is 1 hour

charge it using USB cable..also did the retailer give you a discount for not having ac adaptor in box? You can buy the ac adaptor from iriveramerica for $9.99 plus shipping.

I ordered the AC charger, but the USB adapter is out of stock until July. Oh woe!!
Is the USB port on the device a standard size? I'm wondering if I can find a generic adapter, or one made for another model.

the USB cagle is proprietary and the only place to get one are from iRiver or
Gomadic

However, the gomadic cable will not work with the adapter you bought

I also lost my both cables(AC Adapters and USB cable)....Can anyone suggests any replacements?...Will Gomadic cable will work???

No, i bought it from here.....in US......but i lost it now......so my question is Gomadic USB sync cable will charge my iRiver or not?....so that i dont have to buy both....AC and USB cables.......i dont mind if it took moretime.........
