What's so great about the H10?

I have an H340 myself, but my brother in-law was given an H10 for his b-day.

Just wondering what you guys like about your DAP's.
Either compared to others or just features in general.

In general the H10 Is an inferior player compared to the H1XX and H3XX series player, and is more commercialized for competition against the iPod

As inferior as what the Red Sox is to the NY Yankees?

Realistically, I think both players have their advantages and disadvantages. I prefer the H320 an probably will never get an H10. But they do have a market.

i enjoy my H10 very much and would probably like it more than an H3xx or H1xx, because of size and poketability. I personally own the 6GB version, which at this time is larger in capacity than any iriver flash player but also smaller in physical size than the HDD players. The H10 5/6GB seems to fit all the songs i need and also has thoose sweet little extras like an FM tuner and Photo Viewer. If I wanted a player for video I would have gotten a PMP with a high capacity HDD, but all I wanted was a decent amount of music otg, an FM tuner, and a color screen/photo viewer to show off to all thoose stupid kids at school with Ipod Mini's.

yea the two are different classes of players and i dont think they're really supposed to be compared to each other... altho its tru the bulky 20 gb H10 is in an odd gray area due to its size

The touch strip and SQ are 2 thinks I like about the h10's. I have the 5 and 20g players, but am more fond of the 5 because of it's small form factor.

im with you, the size of the h10, and the design is better then the H3xx, and the H1xx, its just better looking, maybe thats a gimmick, but its quite a slimline player. the only downside to the 20gb, is having to do the ums trick.
more people need to get a h10 20 gb, the price has dropped alot recently, i want more software for my h10! but the dev's dont have any, definatly want rockbox for it!

Well I finally got a chance to see my brothers yesterday.
It is a little thinner than my 340 but it really isnt that much smaller overall.
I do like the little strip thingy, but I also like having buttons right there in front of me that have real purpose.

I was just wondering what made you guys say to your self "this is the best DAP for me cause....."

i like my h10 as it sound great as compare to creative and apple... other then that, nothing else. anyway, mp3 is mean for listening nt for style...
