Unhappy Help me if you can

Help Me Please!
I have a problem with my scroll pad/volume control on my h10 20gb. I didn't download any new songs when this started, a matter of fact I was listening to the radio. One day the volume just started going up and when i turn it down it goes up again. Even on the main menu list it keeps going up as well. If i move it down to settings or any other menu item, it will automatically scroll back up. What do I need to do to fix the problem. I reinstalled the latest firmware and it still does this. What do I need to do to fix this. Any solid answers out there. Anyone fixed this problem before?
