Copying music from Iriver to Computer?

Hey.. im new here so i dont really know what I'm doing, but i really need help. I bought my Iriver a few months ago, and recently realized that one of the headphones didnt work.. and it was because of the iriver, so i need to return it. I've got tons of music on my iriver that isnt on my computer anymore, and i was wondering how i would go about transferring all my files back onto my computer? No one seems to know how. Please help?

UMS trick: connect the player while it's off to the USB cable, reset the player, while turning the player on - press OK button(O) 'till your cumputer "discovers" the USB MASS STORAGE DEVICE (UMS-D).... Now: in the top bar of the player's window press Tools---->Folder Options---->View(tab)---> View Hidden Files and Folders
Proper Icon for your H10 !

The UMS trick is the way to do this, and it should work. Make sure you are following those instuctions exactly including the bit about resetting your player first, either by removing the battery then replacing it (5gb/6gb version), or pushing the reset button with a pin (20gb version). Start holding "o" before turning the player on and make sure you keep it down until the "emergency connect" message appears on the H10 screen. As long as you do it properly, it will work...

He did not mention the UMS trick. It happened to be an answer to his question. If you haven't used the UMS trick or felt a need or desire to, then you wouldn't know. So no, his query is not the same as yours.
