Backlight quite working... Help!
I purchased a refurbished h10 series 20gb player on 4/9/06. About a week ago the backlight screen was not lighting up, I plugged it into the power supply and sat it down on the desk, when I sat it down the light came on. Today the light went out again and when I got home I plugged it in and this time the light will not come back on. I've never ran the battery down or anything. Anyone have this problem? I have a bad feeling this isnt a software issue, but at least its under warranty... How good are they with warranty stuff?
Thanks, Jeff |

I have had exactly the same problem - and it seems there are a few threads re: this problem. i have a feeling its a glitch in the firmware so I guess we have no choice but to wait it out for the next firmware! BTW - does anyone know when that'll be? Thanks
