format the player and reinstall the latest firmware.

To start up in emergency mode:

1. turn the player off
2. reset
3. connect it to your computer
4. turn the player on, WHILE HOLDING THE '0' button, until it says 'emergency mode'
5. emergency mode

The h10 also give's that error when the HD is broken.
Do you hear any strange noises in the h10 when booting it?
