Unmounting H20 with Linux
I'm working under Ubuntu Linux 5.10 and connect my H20 with the UMS trick so it's recognized as a drive.
So far this works great, but when I try to disconnect the player (unmount it by using Gnome/Nautilus: right klick on the device --> unmount device) the play er seems to be unmounted, but shows "USB Connected" on the screen. I then just unplug it. Is there any risk by going that way or is there another method which is safer and would prabably show the "OK to disconnect" screen? (which appears after unplugging for me) |
