H10 Firmware Update Problem

Whenever I try to update the H10 with a firmware update this message comes up "The utility does not support this device. There may be a problem if multiple devices are connected to the USB ports during the update. Please connect only the device you want to update." I only have the H10 plugged into the USB and it still shows up!! Im stick with firmware 1.09 help please.
