WindowsXP has no driver for H10?

I can't seem to find a way to get my computer to recognize the H10. Apparently there is no driver. I have installed Windows Media Player 10 and that is all that came with this thing. What is going on and why won't this god for saken thing work?

Thanks.

I have the same problem with my H320, its not windows XP, its apparantlly some file becomming corrupt. If it has

1. Worked on your computer once and when you tried again stopped working
2. Works on another computer

Then you may have that problem, for me the solution of this problem was using another Windows computer in my house where it worked fine. Dont bother calling iriver support they dont know what to do.

The best solution so far: Reformat your computer. but then again if you dont want to take things that far just find another computer to transfer music/files.

You should install WMP10 from the CD it comes with. No rhyme nor reason, buit it worked for me.

The driver is somewhere on your harddrive, I just can't remember where. When I first installed my Iriver, I called tech. and the guy took me right to it. I had to choose the "install from a list or specific location" option on the hardware wizard. I just updated the firmware because Napster won't recognize my H10 anymore, thus, it won't update my licenses and I couldn't listen to anything I got from Napster. So Napster told me to update my Firmware, which I did, but now I need to reinstall the H10 for my computer. The hardware wizard won't find the driver on its own (again) and I have to try to find it myself. So if anybody knows where it's burried, I would appreciate it a great deal if you could tell me where it is.
Thanks.
