Games Ideas for firmware update for H10
I have some ideas for games if iRiver plan to make a firmware update:

*Tetris
*Solitare
*Space Invaders
*Pacman

Solitare is the only one that could be realistical included by a comercial company. (All the others would involve nasty lawsuits) I would much rather they open up a programming interfaceand let me load programs on it.

Neither is likely to happen though, at least partially because there are honest to goodness bugs that need to be fixed before feature improvement siutations. And honestly the ROI of adding major new features is pretty low.

yep I guess so.
Maybe one game will work, damn I don't remember what it's called. It's the game where you are a sliding thing at the bottom and you have to bounce a ball to the ceiling to 'kill' blocks and stop the ball from falling down. The vertical slide pad could be used as a way of getting your bar from side to side (scroll up = right, scroll down = left).
This would rock!

Dont think the thing has been made to even support games in their FW. If rockbox goes at it it will get them but iRiver I doubt will as the PMP had games support which by the by we still dont have and appears to have been withdrawn. Brickblast is one of the many names for that game Judge.

me too...like my clock. BTW my new H10 that i got exchanged feels "cheaper" than my old one. It rattles and the clock doesn't work. This sucks.

I think a side-scrolling shooter sorta like Phoenix for the TI-83+ would be cool. If the firmware ever supported it it would work well with the touchstrip.

Breakout would work fantastically well with the iHP's Navi stick Would probably have to replace the Navi periodically though
