iriver Plus 3 problem
I didn't use Plus 3 for about 2 months than came back to using it, it updated at startup (of Plus, not Windows) as normal and then I noticed this:
![]() (Buttons Missing on side) I've tried uninstalling and than reinstalling it but it still doesn't work. So has anyone else had this problem and come across a fix for it?

I've got a similar issue and I'm no longer able to sync or transfer files to be B20 (interestingly, there's no impact on my S10).
Both the S10 and the B20 are recognised but only the S10 shows up in Windows Explorer. Perhaps, its a issue with the latest release of Plus3 (3.5.0.2). Anybody have the same issue or know a solution? Roger... |

All Solved!
I got a reply from Iriver and the issue was resolved. "When using iriver plus3 Software for synchronising music files, you need to set Connection mode in B20 menu to “UMS mode” Option point can be found as follows: Settings -> Advanced -> Connection Type" |
