Exclamation my iriver e10 wont appear on cumputer
hi i hav a problem where my iriver e10, it just apears with a black screen saying "player update required!!! see manual" with "v1.40" in bottom right corner, so i found another thread with the firmware update, and i downloaded it. but when i plug the USB cord into the computer, then the other end into the E10, then it appears as a black screen with "emergancy USB" and once again "v1.40" in bottom corner. the driver that the E10 is connected to will not appear on my computer at all, my profile is admin, ive tried the rear USB port and ive even tried my other computer, but still will not come up with the E10 connected to the computer at all. im running on windows XP and the other computer that i tried on is windows 2000. anyhelp would be greatly appreciated

NOTE: i also read how to install the firmware upgrade, place into root folder and wait till it installs, but this is not possible if E10 will not connect to computer
