Iriver ihp-120 Firmware & Rockbox?

Hi everyone just got my iriver 120 back today from the AV Sense repair center
it was rockboxed when it left for the repaircenter. When I got it back it wasnt rockboxed anymore I believe it must have had a hardrive installed.
I didnt get back any note or anything letting me know what was fixed not that I really care just that its working is great but I tried to put in the new rockbox I followed the instructions as I have done before but it wont boot to rockbox. it has firmware 1.66 installled. Is there something Im missing?
I have done it a few times now but just wont boot off of rockbox firmware.

can someone maybe let me know the folder structure on there's
all I have is one folder for record, one with rockbox and one hex file.
which the hex file I downloaded a new one from iriver and updated it the rockbox patcher it states it was patched. but whenever I start it will only boot to 1.66. any input would be helpful.
Thanks..
Snuffy..
