H10 "Sytem files missing"

I have an Iriver H10 20gb European version.
When I turn the device on, it give's an error: "System files missing". I have read a lot of articles on this problem, and how to solve it. But when I connect the device to the computer, it doesn't recognise it. Another computer neither. Does someone know how to solve this problem?
