H10 Firmware/Hard Drive problems
Hi - I am experiencing a system files missing error on my H10 - 6 gb system.
I read all of the related threads on this forum and tried just about everything and nothing worked. My computer sometimes recognizes my player as a USB mass storage device. At other times, I just see an F: drive but I can't format or access it to copy files there. I saw one post that asked that if we come up empty that we send a zip file to someone, but I was unclear where to send it. Iriver help desk says I need a new hard drive or a new system. I would appreciate any help I can get before I invest that kind of money again. Thank you!
