t10 firmware update doesn't recognize internet connection
I'm trying to update my t10 from v1.71 firmware to the current version using the v2.2.0.0 firmware updater that I downloaded. It tells me to check my internet connection and gives the following info. "ID = 0X4102_0X1120". I am connected to the internet via ADSL (I think--it's Covad through ISP.COM). Is there a way to get it to recognize the internet connection or another way to update the firmware?
