can anyone help?.. transfer problems drivin me mad
i have a ihp140, when i download music from internet sites it seems to transfer but no sound , there are other wma files that are ok.someone else must have had this fault to please help .

Is the downloaded music DRM protected?
DRM'ed WMAs won't play on the H1xx.
