Is there a Iriver service shop in Bangkok?

My H320 died on me in India and am desperate to have it repaired as I am loathed to buy a new one!! It's still in it's warranty period I think. I'm in Bangkok at the mo, does anyone know if there is a place here that will cover warranty repairs, or just a shop that could fix it?

Thanks in advance!

How does it died? Try to post/search in H3xx forum

For bangkok distributor, search 'Jebsen&Jessen' via google and contact them. They are the main distributer in Thailand.

However, I read in their site once. They said that if the product have been purchased in Thailand, they will accept the unit and send it to technical support in other country. They also said that if the unit have not been purchased in Thailand, they won't accept it and suggest you to send the player to origin country yourself.... Bad policy.

So, the best suggestion I can give you is search the forum for pinpoint the problem you have. Then you can repair it on your own or find a shop to do that.

or just RMA the unit and have it send to your home country( RMA time vary from case to case). Meanwhile, buy some cheap mp3 flash player and live with it.

If you want more info, I live in BKK and maybe can provide you something. Just PM me(if your post over 25) or create a thread to me in H3xx forum, which I normally check.
