Arrow Synchonization software

I got my iriver h340 yesterday and I'm looking for software that can synchronize my mp3 collection to my iriver one-way, as well as synchronizing things like documents and podcasts two-way. I've tried a number of programs suh as dirsync, sms and Synchronize it but none of these have what I want in a synchronization program.

So, what do you use to synchronize music or documents with your DAP?

Good question. Media Monkey is probably your best bet, or you could use SyncbackSE.

Thanks, I might give SyncbackSE a go as I need something that syncs documents as well and I don't need another music player.

I use mood logic, but that'll cost you a few bucks.
