firmware v2.04

i have been reading all the faq and help sites but for a newbe they just aren't straight forward enough. so i downloaded the firware upgrade and unpack the zip file to find another zip file. i unpack that file and another zip file... is it a zip file that im suppose to transfer to the pmp? pmp100.tar is still a zip file right? it has the same icon as the other zip files?

so at the moment after unpacking them al lwith winrar, i have -

iRiverSys.tar
iRiverSys_v204.zip
pmp100.tar
PMP100kor-v204.zip
iRiverSys

what d oi do from here?

According to the PMP manual pmp100.tar is the file for the firmware upgrade.
Copy it to the root of the PMP harddisk - in other words follow the instructions in the manual.
